Star Recruitment are currently working with a private estate and lettings agency who, due to continued growth, are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to be based out of their Edinburgh office.


Our client provides, along with their Property Lettings and Sales departments, Property & Estate Management Services, Planning & Development Advice and Environmental and Waste Management Consultancy Services.


As part of the Property Lettings team, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Being the first point of contact for any maintenance / repairs.
  • Inspecting properties.
  • Appointing contractors.
  • Compiling reports and estimates.
  • Liaising with property owners and tenants.
  • Reporting to other members of the property team.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 2+ years Maintenance Coordinator experience.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A self-starter attitude.
  • Valid driving licence.
