My Client is looking to recruit a Negotiator to join their established and prestigious Property team. Whether a customer is buying or selling, they are proud of their reputation in spending time to listen to need in order to provide hands on support throughout the sales or buying process and in many cases, beyond this too. They are a long standing Estate Agency within Glasgow and surrounding areas who are dedicated to providing an exceptional level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Customer Experience that goes above and beyond Expectation
  • Manage your time to ensure full compliance with admin procedures.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of each of your properties
  • Understand the local market trends, property values and awareness of competition.
  • Provide a collaborative service within a team environment
  • Day to Day management of buyers
  • Generate Viewings and Obtain Offers on Properties
  • Maintain Records on Internal Data base.
