Star Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis, in North England for a specialist installation company who are the leaders in their field. The area to be covered will be from Newcastle to Huddersfield and everything in-between.

 

We require candidates with experience of working as a Site Manager with contractors, preferably within the housing sector on large or multiple fit-out / installation projects. Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of projects in line with project timescales, logistical, health & safety and quality guidelines.

 

You must also have the following experience:

  • Have a working understanding of programme monitoring and quality procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across a large geographical area.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at site level up to director level (internally & externally).
  • Be computer literate and capable of creating method statements, programmes and reports and risk assessments.
  • Delivering high standards of health & safety at all times.
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Driving Licence

 

Candidates who come from a fit-out background would be an advantage but training will be provided for the right candidate. Due to the large geographical area for this position, my client would prefer candidates who live within this area. Some flexibility around working hours may be required. Salary is negotiable and a company car will be provided.
