Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor?

 

Do you enjoy setting exceptional standards in the New Homes Industry?

 

We are looking to recruit temporary team members to join STAR recruitment as we build on our success over the past year.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor who will be able to demonstrate experience of working onsite for a new homes developer/agency and is able to travel within a region

You will offer extraordinary homes on exclusive developments to customers dealing with initial enquiries through to legal completion and handover. Effective communication and organisation is key to ensure customers have the best possible experience when buying their new home. Doing so requires the highest levels of professionalism, care and skill, working closely with prospective, current and future customers and Construction and Customer Services departments.

In order to be considered you will must be able to provide evidence of:

  • Passion and enthusiasm about providing a first-class customer service experience
  • A flexible attitude in relation to working patterns

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your time to ensure full compliance with administration procedures and any other instructions given
  • Updating the existing sales advisor of all that happened during your time on the development.
  • Follow all instructions and guidelines with full professionalism

Sales

  • Provide all Customers with an engaging and exceptional experience whilst supporting their dream move. You will help to facilitate a seamless process from the moment customers visit the development and beyond their move in date
  • You will provide appropriate and relevant information to assist the client in maintaining regular customer contact and updates of promotions, progress of the sale and build along with managing and resolving any complaint/issues/concerns.
  • You will have a proven track record of a high performing sales culture within a premium market, Selling the features and benefits, upselling and referrals to recommended solicitor and financial advisors.

Presentation

  • You must take Pride in your Personal Presentation in accordance to our guidelines. Representing the brand to the highest standard in a professional manner
  • You will ensure the Show home is open accordingly subject to agreed working hours and is presented to a high standard in line with the brand expectations.

Due to the nature of the role, ideally candidates will have 'New Homes' experience with a developer will be considered for this position.
